📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and forecast future demand.
• Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
• Monitor inventory turnover rates and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline inventory processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on inventory status and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory planning and control.
• Proficient in using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with inventory management software such as JDA, Manhattan Associates, or similar.
