📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in planning and executing marketing events, including coordinating with vendors, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth event execution.
• Support the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including social media marketing, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
• Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations.
• Create and manage content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email newsletters.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop new ideas for marketing campaigns and events.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing events and digital marketing, and share your knowledge with the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing events and digital marketing is a plus, but not required for recent graduates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
