Manage cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Assist in inventory management and reporting,Provide excellent customer service and support,Train and mentor junior staff members,Monitor cash handling procedures to prevent theft or loss

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and security,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using basic office software and tools,High school diploma or equivalent,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
