📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a network of insurance agencies to ensure they meet sales targets and maintain high service standards.,Develop and implement strategies to expand and strengthen the agency network, including recruitment, training, and performance management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors to promote and sell MSIG insurance products.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations.,Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure MSIG remains a leader in the insurance industry.,Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on the performance of the agency network and financial advisors.,Represent MSIG at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in insurance, with a focus on agency management and financial advisory partnerships.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing agency networks and financial advisor relationships.,Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.,Familiarity with the Indonesian insurance market and regulatory environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
