Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities,Develop and implement business development strategies,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,Conduct market research and analyze industry trends,Prepare and present business proposals and reports,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution,Monitor and evaluate business performance and KPIs,Attend industry events and networking opportunities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field,Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business development or related roles,Strong understanding of banking and financial services,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
