Sumber Hendra Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Assistant HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR department in various aspects of human resource management. We are looking for a professional who is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about creating a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job details, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR department in managing employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to address employee concerns and resolve HR-related issues.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and statistics for management.,Support the HR department in conducting employee training and development programs.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment, fostering a culture of respect and inclusion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus.
