📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking a variety of pastries and desserts.,Maintain and clean the pastry kitchen equipment and workspace.,Assist in the preparation of ingredients and doughs for pastries and desserts.,Assist in the assembly and decoration of pastries and desserts.,Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the quality and safety of food products.,Assist in the management of inventory and ordering of ingredients.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Pastry Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of pastry and dessert preparation techniques.,Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and trends.,High school diploma or equivalent.
