📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Plan and execute voyages, including route planning, fuel management, and crew scheduling.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of the deck and engine crew.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain accurate records of vessel operations.
  • Maintain effective communication with shore-based personnel and other vessels.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and practices.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Report any incidents or near-misses to the appropriate authorities and investigate their causes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in maritime operations.
  • Possession of a valid Master Mariner's License (Unlimited).
  • Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, safety procedures, and environmental standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.
  • Familiarity with electronic navigation systems and maritime software.
  • Ability to speak and understand English is a plus.
