Crystal Home Pratama is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Deputy Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the cashiering operations, ensuring accurate financial transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial operations and a passion for delivering exceptional service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage cashiering operations, including cash handling, bank deposits, and reconciliation.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer transactions.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.,Maintain and update financial records, including sales reports and inventory tracking.,Assist in training and supervising cashiers to ensure high standards of service and accuracy.,Monitor and report on cash handling procedures to prevent theft or loss.,Collaborate with the management team to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cash management and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cashier or similar role in a restaurant or retail environment.,Strong understanding of financial operations and cash handling procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using basic accounting software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a similar role in a restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
