📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms.
  • Create and optimize online advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using relevant tools and metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for our digital channels.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns and improve performance.
  • Report on digital marketing performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
  • Creative and analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
