Jaya Anggi Dental Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our clinic, ensuring financial stability and growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the clinic's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and requirements.,Develop and implement financial strategies to maximize profitability and minimize costs.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, including loan applications and credit facilities.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a healthcare or dental clinic setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and regulatory requirements.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with healthcare industry financial practices and regulations.
