In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that our HR practices align with our company's values and goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
  • Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.
  • Coordinate with management to ensure that HR practices align with company goals.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
