Crown Glow Indonesia is looking for a talented Finance Manager to join our team in Palu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in managing financial operations, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from the office and remotely, providing a flexible work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and local laws.,Oversee the accounting and financial reporting processes, including month-end and year-end closings.,Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Monitor and control expenses, ensuring they are in line with budgeted amounts.,Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management on financial matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in financial management.,Proven experience in managing financial operations and preparing financial reports.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and financial software.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.,Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software is a plus.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage remote teams.
