📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job details, and performance evaluations.,Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Handle employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll, including calculating salaries, deductions, and taxes.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Support the HR Manager in strategic planning and implementation of HR initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with payroll processing and benefits administration.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
