SHIFT Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Staff to join our team in Binjai. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and a passion for optimizing logistics and inventory processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.,Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.,Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Implement and enforce supply chain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain activities with other business functions.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role.,Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.,Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and regulations is a plus.
