📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting one-on-one and group tutoring sessions to help students improve their academic performance.,Developing and implementing lesson plans tailored to each student's needs and learning styles.,Monitoring and assessing students' progress, and providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.,Collaborating with teachers and other educators to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.,Organizing and participating in workshops, seminars, and other professional development activities.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of students' academic performance and attendance.,Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters students' growth and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably in an academic or educational setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and support students.,Knowledge of and experience with various teaching methods and educational technologies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Valid teaching certification or license, if required in your region.
