📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.,Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve targets.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.,Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competition.,Attend and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of sales and customer relationship management principles and practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
