📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate the daily delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient distribution of goods.,Manage a team of delivery drivers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Maintain and ensure the cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicles.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Generate and submit accurate delivery reports and documentation.,Promote and uphold the company's values and standards of professionalism and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role.,Proven track record of excellent customer service and communication skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with delivery software and route optimization tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.

🛠️ Keahlian

Excellent driving skills and knowledge of local traffic regulations.Proficiency in using delivery software and route optimization tools.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to lift and load heavy items with ease.Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
