📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the operation of machinery and equipment in the production process.,Ensure the safety and efficiency of the production line.,Train and mentor junior operators on the use of machinery and equipment.,Monitor production output and quality, and make adjustments as necessary.,Maintain and repair machinery and equipment as needed.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Work closely with the production manager to improve production processes and efficiency.,Lead and coordinate the work of junior operators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.,Proven leadership and management skills.,Strong knowledge of machinery and equipment used in the production process.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with quality control and safety regulations.,Understanding of production processes and efficiency improvement techniques.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
