📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.,Coordinate benefits administration and ensure employees understand their benefits.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
