📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain all accounting records and financial statements using Xero.,Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Monitor cash flow and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timely processing.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.,Provide financial support and guidance to other departments as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping, preferably with Xero.,Strong knowledge of payroll processing and local employment laws.,Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
