Resto Indra Medical Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior General Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. This is a full-time position based in Pematangsiantar, Sumatera Utara.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth.,Manage and mentor a team of managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local community partners.,Represent the restaurant at industry events and conferences, and contribute to the professional development of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and profitability.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.,Fluency in Indonesian, with good English communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
