📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform microbiological testing and analysis on various food and beverage products to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols for microbiological testing.
  • Conduct routine and emergency inspections of production lines and facilities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Analyze and interpret test results to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and preventative measures to address quality issues.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of test results and quality control activities.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff on quality control procedures and microbiological testing techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in microbiology and quality control.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Food Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in microbiology quality control, with a strong background in food and beverage industry.
  • Certification in microbiological testing and analysis, such as ISO 17025 or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and regulations, including HACCP, ISO 22000, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Proficient in using laboratory equipment and software for microbiological testing and data analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of product safety and quality.
