📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations to improve product reliability.,Develop and implement reliability test plans and procedures.,Monitor and analyze reliability data to identify trends and potential issues.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability requirements are met.,Work closely with suppliers to improve the reliability of incoming components.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in reliability engineering.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in reliability engineering, preferably in the LED or electronics industry.,Strong knowledge of reliability testing methods and standards (e.g., MIL-STD-810, IEC 62063).,Proficiency in reliability analysis software (e.g., Reliasoft, Weibull++, Altium).,Experience with failure analysis techniques (e.g., SEM, EDX, FIB).,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and teamwork abilities.,Fluency in English is required.
