As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. You will work closely with our product team to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and engaging designs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the design of user interfaces for our web and mobile applications.,Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.,Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and usability.,Mentor and guide junior designers in the team.,Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.,Ensure all designs are accessible and compliant with accessibility standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.,5+ years of experience in UI/UX design.,Proven experience in designing for web and mobile applications.,Strong portfolio showcasing your design projects.,Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.,Understanding of user-centered design principles.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
