📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage the store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in inventory management and ensure stock levels are adequate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of successful store management and sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
