📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Inspect and monitor the construction and maintenance of subsidized housing projects to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.,Conduct regular site visits to assess the progress and quality of work.,Prepare and submit detailed reports on inspection findings and recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with project teams and contractors to address any issues or deviations from the project plan.,Ensure that all safety and environmental standards are met during construction and maintenance activities.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of housing and infrastructure projects.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance professional skills and knowledge.,Represent the company in meetings and events related to housing and infrastructure development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in housing and infrastructure inspection or a similar role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with construction management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
