📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and performance.,Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.,Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.,Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during project execution.,Ensure that all team members are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures.,Participate in team-building activities and initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in project management.,Proven track record of success in leading and motivating teams.,Ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex problems.
