📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock reception, storage, picking, and dispatch.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor and control warehouse expenses, ensuring cost efficiency.,Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records.,Train and develop warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing inventory and logistics operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using warehouse management software.,Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
