📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a team of field officers to ensure efficient and effective delivery of microfinance services.
• Supervise loan disbursements and collections to maintain high service standards.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess community needs and provide support to field officers.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate with the regional office to implement company policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local community leaders and stakeholders.
• Participate in training and development programs for field officers to enhance their skills.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the microfinance or financial services industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record of managing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of microfinance products and services.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
