As an HR Talent Acquisition Intern (Healthcare), you will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. You will work closely with our team of recruiters and HR professionals to ensure that we find the best candidates for our clients' needs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for healthcare roles using BambooHR, Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Support the recruitment team by conducting initial phone screens and coordinating interviews.
• Assist in the preparation and administration of job postings on various job boards and career websites.
• Help maintain and update our candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Assist in the organization and coordination of onboarding processes for new hires.
• Support the HR team in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and best practices.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and analyses related to recruitment metrics and KPIs.
• Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to identify and address recruitment challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
