Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order picking, and packing.
• Leverage WMS (Warehouse Management System) like SAP or Oracle to streamline processes and improve productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage and optimize warehouse resources, including equipment and personnel.
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Train and develop junior staff to enhance team performance.
• Work with the Warehouse Manager to develop and implement strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Proven experience with WMS like SAP or Oracle.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and their integration with WMS.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related methodology is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with logistics software and tools like SAP GTS, Oracle Transportation Management, or similar.
