As a Compliance Officer, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that KORRUN GROUP meets all regulatory requirements and industry standards. You will conduct regular audits, develop and implement compliance programs, and provide training to employees on compliance policies. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in trade security and labor compliance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with international trade security standards, including C-TPAT.
• Develop and implement compliance programs to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Monitor and assess compliance-related risks, providing recommendations for risk mitigation.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive compliance documentation, including audit reports and training records.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices, attending relevant workshops and conferences.
• Report compliance findings and recommendations to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, trade security, or a related field.
• Certification in C-TPAT or a similar trade security program is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of international trade security standards and labor laws.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
