📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze budget performance to ensure adherence to financial targets and policies.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including variance analysis and cost control reports.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost control measures.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed.
• Maintain and update financial records using SAP and Excel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in cost control or financial analysis.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
