📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Curate and maintain an extensive wine list featuring a diverse selection of Greek and international wines.
• Provide personalized wine recommendations to guests, tailored to their preferences and the menu.
• Educate guests on the characteristics, origins, and pairings of wines, enhancing their overall dining experience.
• Monitor wine inventory and place orders to ensure availability and quality.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create harmonious wine and food pairings.
• Participate in wine tastings and events to showcase the restaurant's wine selection.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the wine industry.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to wine service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a sommelier in a luxury dining setting.
• Deep knowledge of Greek wines and a wide understanding of international wine varieties.
• Certification from a reputable wine education program, such as the Court of Master Sommeliers (CMS) or the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and staff.
• Proficiency in using wine management software, such as Vinomofo or Wine Spectator.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage wine inventory and orders.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
