📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Supervise and mentor a team of front office staff to ensure high service standards.
• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our in-house Property Management System (PMS).
• Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and reservations.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance and training needs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in hospitality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in front office or hospitality management roles.
• Proven experience in supervising and training front office staff.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in hospitality management or related field is a plus.
• Experience with PMS software is a plus.
