📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily room inspections to ensure all rooms are clean and well-maintained.
• Prepare and maintain guest rooms according to the resort's high standards of cleanliness.
• Use specialized cleaning equipment and products to ensure thorough cleaning.
• Handle and dispose of linens, towels, and other laundry items.
• Assist with special requests and events to ensure the resort's premium service standards are met.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including storage rooms and supply areas.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and resort policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and procedures.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and software, such as PMS (Property Management System).
• Valid certification in housekeeping or hospitality management is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 20 kg.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
