📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine facility checks to identify and address maintenance needs.
Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
Assist in the installation and configuration of new equipment and fixtures.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the premises.
Collaborate with the facility management team to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
Use tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of maintenance plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility maintenance or related roles.
Proven ability to perform carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and safety gear.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Good communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian.
Flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends and holidays when necessary.
