📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily digital printing operations, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to production schedules.
• Lead a team of 5-7 production operators, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor and optimize production processes using software like HP PageStream, EFI Fiery, and Kodak Prinergy.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality control protocols.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of print projects.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Manage inventory and procurement of printing materials and supplies.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital printing operations, with a proven track record of leading high-quality production.
• Certification in digital printing technology (e.g., HP Indigo, EFI Fiery, Kodak Prinergy) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of color management and prepress workflows.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
