MEPF Coordinator

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the installation and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems for high-profile projects in Bali.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all MEPF systems are installed and maintained to the highest standards.
• Procure and manage the delivery of materials and equipment for MEPF systems.
• Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of MEPF systems to identify and address any issues.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records and reports on the status of MEPF systems for all projects.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on MEPF-related matters.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the MEPF industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEPF coordination or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations in Bali.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid certification in MEPF systems (e.g., NCII, BICSI, or similar) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
